Tybee Island, Georgia

Across the country lies a beautiful place on the East coast known as Tybee Island, Georgia. This incredible beach town gives you an awesome vantage point of the new year starting up. They host a huge firework display that is one of the best on the Southeastern coast. Whether you are on the Tybee Pier or camping out on one of the various beaches, you will have a fantastic view with great weather.
River’s End Campground is one of the best in the entire region and is right on Tybee Island. The RV spots fill up very quickly because of the popularity, so make a reservation early.

Williamsburg, Virginia
Another one of those places that fly under the radar is Williamsburg, Virginia. Williamsburg is one of the most historical places in American and has a deep tie with our founding fathers. They take the Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve very seriously. This is a very family-centric celebration that offers tons of activities and food for all ages.
The city hosts big gatherings with food, bouncy houses, and live music.
One of the best RV parks in the whole state is in Williamsburg and is known as the American Heritage RV Park. Less than 10 miles away is downtown, where all the festivities take place.

What may seem like a normal RV park at first is an all-out music venue that you and your family will thoroughly enjoy. Especially during the week leading up to New Year’s, full concerts are going on at the park’s Amphitheatre. This will be an action-packed and fun-filled time for the whole family!

Paso Robles, California

“Pass of the Oaks,” or Pas Robles is located int eh coastal mountain range of central California. You will be close to the mounaitns, beaches and deserts.
The Sun RV Resort is estled in the heart of wine country, this resort has fun for the adults and the kids. While the parents can grab some wine and unwind, the kids will be busy eating great food, playing on jump houses, and exploring the campground.
Especially if your kids are a little older, the Sun RV Resort is a perfect spot. Enjoying the property and the warm weather is a must this New Year’s.

Panama City Beach, Florida
A fantastic beach destination is Panama City Beach. This is one of the most popular parts of Florida and is a great place to ring in the new year. Food trucks and live music fill the streets. They even have their own ball drop where they drop a beach ball!

Austin, Texas

Austin is a cultural hub of the American South and has tons to offer to your family. Since it is the capital of Texas, there are plenty of things to do all year round, but they are amplified for New Year’s. The downtown streets are blocked off and filled with food vendors, shops, and artists all while live music is flowing through the air.
