“This was a PERFECT day! We visited the market in Versailles to prepare for our picnic. The bikes came with water-proof saddlebags and protected our provisions from the rain quite well. Our tour guide, Arnold, took us all around the grounds and shared stories and history with us all along the way. He was friendly and funny, and whether with the group extremely well. We absolutely loved riding our bikes through the property, enjoyed a picnic of bread, fruit, and wine outside of the summer palace, and were amazed by the grandeur of the palace! Truly a wonderful experience.”

If there was an opportunity to sit for a minute he basically sneered that there was a LOT more walking to do. Versailles has rich wonderful history, there is MORE than just Greek Version. In addition the fountains were not working the day of our visit. While you need a guide at Versailles, I wouldn't recommend City Tours.”
