“We arrived at the meeting point a few minutes early, exactly as stated on the ticket (07:00). However, the company quietly changed the departure time to 06:50 in an email, written in very small print and without any clear notice. By 07:00, no one was there, and other participants also seemed to miss this change. When selling extra services, the company reached out quickly and directly (even via WhatsApp). But for something critical—like a change in time or meeting location—they failed to communicate properly. This shows poor reliability and lack of transparency. Very disappointing experience.”

“I loves Peles Castle, Bran Castle was not my cup of tea, I recommend staying outside and enjoy the street vendors, the inside was small cramped and was like a maze that you couldn’t escape. With narrow hallways and passages it was overcrowded. The fender selling food before the entrance was really great. The food was good. The beer was good. Art tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. His driving was a little crazy. I felt like I was on a roller coaster ride flopping all over the place, lol all in all, I would recommend the store.”

“A very-very intensive trip with lots of impressions. If you do not have much time to spend in Transylvania, you should definitely take this excursion. If you have more than 1 day - spend more time there, as Brasov and the neighbourhood definitely deserv this! The guide was very informative and very caring at the same time, the bus is very comfortable, the schedule is structured so that the day goes as smooth as possible, given the route. We were with 2 children (10 and 5) - and they were totally happy and had enough time to rest on the way between castles. But be prepared that on holidays there…”
