“I was not aware that a government-issued photo-ID was necessary for entry. My Visa card with photo was not acceptable. My son had his passport along, but the name on his ticket (second person) did not match his passport name, so he could not enter either. It should have been mandatory to enter the full name of the 2nd person when I purchased the tickets. It should have been more clearly pointed out that passport was needed to enter (not just in the fine print). The tour operators have no connection to Viator and do not care.”
