However when we got there the tickets had disappeared off my phone (no idea how). No help at the actual venue so had to phone for assistance. This took around an extra half hour but they were very helpful and immediately emailed the tickets so we could go in slightly later than planned. Bit more expensive than what toy would pay when you got there but it beats the long queues in the heat so worth it for that.”
