The earpiece in the bus didn't work, so luckily the river cruise was well commentated, or I wouldn't have known what I was looking at. Our guide left us at the tower, which would have been fine until we realised half of the group tickets were for a later time slot, so we had to wait in line after all. The actual tour is fabulous, but the execution was lacking.”
