“Our voucher said it starts at 1:30 and suggests you show up 10 mins early but really starts at 2:15. Some people had vouchers for 1:30 and others for 1:45. Not acceptable. It was raining hard and everyone was getting wet waiting 45 minutes. Also the guide was not where it says. But rather by the church. Not the ticket office like it said on the voucher. It was not easy to find her. Why set such an early start time if the last supper tickets were for 2:15. No explanation is given by the guides until you get the last supper tickets and enter the rectory. So a waste…”
