Lovely to stop at a market where we had 45min to buy ourselves a picnic lunch which we enjoyed in the park facing the Palace. Nice way to see the Palace which was in all honesty, just the sideline for us. Had enough time for quick walk around but if you want more time at the Palace & Gardens, you should rather go there for the day by public transport. A highlight for our active teenage & older kids. Great family fun.”
