“We loved our tour guide, Theodore! You could tell he was genuinely passionate about what he was talking about and that made the experience more enjoyable for us. He was also great with my two kids (6 and 2). He engaged the 6-year old and found ways to make it fun for him, like having him help spin the Pomodoro sphere. He was easy to find, did a great job keeping track of all of us and I appreciated that he had no problem telling other people blocking the paths to nicely but firmly get out of the way :)”
