“We didn’t receive tickets to access the sites until I phoned to ask why the tickets sent didn’t work. We ended up paying to get into some sites that the pass should have covered because the original ticket didn’t work. It wasn’t clear that further tickets would need to be requested/provided. The cost of the tickets was €20 more than if we had purchased them direct. We were restricted with the time for visiting the acropolis and there was no flexibility in changing that. It is unlikely I would purchase tickets through this site again.”
