The operator confirmed they had not notified us of the change and blamed this on us booking via Viator. It is unclear why they didn't contact us as our phone number was provided via Viator. This was extremely disappointing as we were only 10 minutes away and could have arrived quickly once they realised we hadn't been contacted (even if this was once the group had assembled). The experience was a complete waste of time. We wasted an entire morning…”
