“We Scheduled this tour months ago. 4days prior to the tour we received a message saying that the tour is cancelled due to limited participants, but they can offer a different tour the same day. We agreed to that and they sent a NEW ticket/voucher reflecting the new price but NOT THE NEW TIME. Time that says on our ticket is 9:30 and we got there at 9:20. We were told that our tour started at 9am.”

“The Doge palace and St. Mark’s Basilica tour was awesome. Filipo was great and provided us with a ton of amazing information and kept it interesting throughout the tour. It was raining heavily and hence we decided to cancel our gondola ride as a safety precaution. The tour guide was helpful but couldn’t arrange a later time for the gondola which resulted in us having to cancel for safety reasons. Only downside of the entire tour. Filipo and other staff were great. We recommend this tour but please check weather before you book.”

“We only did a 30 minute gondola ride at 6.30pm and it was beautiful! The staff were all lovely. There seemed to be a bit of a booking mix up and the staff were quick to accomodate us without any fuss even though they weren’t expecting us. Very nice people. A must do for Venice.”

“Firstly, our tour was moved to the following day due to low numbers, but they compensated us with an additional tour of Murano & Burano! Christina was our tour and had plenty of info for us to digest :) The tour of Venice’s Piazza & Palace was wonderful with our great guide who took us back in time! We finished off with the gondola ride and were blessed by being the only two in it. Such a great way to see Venice. Such a great day for a couple of Aussies from across the pond ;)”

As Romy knew the city like the back of her hand, she took us to visit it's main highlights through meandering streets, off the beaten path, so that we could see so many hidden gems and aspects of the city, en route. Two such unique stops that were significant for us were to a historic Gondola boatyard where Romy explained the painstaking process that goes into the construction of a single gondola and to an iconic waterfront gelateria where we were made to try a unique dessert which Romy used to relish…”
