“This was so much more than I expected! We met our tour guide at 9 sharp outside St Marks Basilica and we’re given individual headsets in order to hear our guide. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of our guide but she made this tour! The first part of our tour involved walking around some of the back streets around St Marks and being given a brief history of so many different aspects of life in Venice. Our tour guide was extremely passionate, knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. We learned loads and just wish we’d have taken this tour earlier in our stay. Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mostra del vetro, mi aspettavo una guida che raccontasse, invece niente, ci hanno fornito dei telefoni con autoguida e basta. Inoltre il signore che realizza gli oggetti in vetro, non parla, molto infastidito.”

“I paid €150 for this tour and was (almost) only disappointed. At the meeting point I was told that there was a problem with the guide for German. I could do the tour in English or come back at 12:30 for lunch and then do the tour in German at 2pm. I did not receive any information beforehand and was told that I did not have an excursion to Murano. At 12:30 I was accompanied by the provider one door further into a restaurant without informing the waiter that I had booked a menu. After I tried to explain, I got a delicious menu. They just looked at me funny…”
