“I paid €150 for this tour and was (almost) only disappointed. At the meeting point I was told that there was a problem with the guide for German. I could do the tour in English or come back at 12:30 for lunch and then do the tour in German at 2pm. I did not receive any information beforehand and was told that I did not have an excursion to Murano. At 12:30 I was accompanied by the provider one door further into a restaurant without informing the waiter that I had booked a menu. After I tried to explain, I got a delicious menu. They just looked at me funny…”
